Located in the busy little strip of East Gosford's shops is where you’ll find our food heaven... just follow your nose! Each morning you will find the delightful smell of freshly baked bread that Markus and Thomas have been making throughout the night for all our Bouffant stores.
This is definitely not a new bakery in town, the very well known Bardos Bakery or East Gosford Bakery has been around for 35 years. All the locals will definitely remember going here after school to get a classic finger bun or meat pie!
That same sense of fun remains with our beautiful display of freshly made pastries every day… but that's not all you’ll find when walking in-store.
While you decide what pastries to buy, we can start by brewing you a delicious cup of coffee.
We use Stitch Coffee Roasters - the best specialty coffee roaster in Sydney, producing high-quality coffee that never leaves you disappointed. Did we mention our small coffees are only $2.50?!

The Lemon Bouffant is one of our signature pastries, it is the perfect combination of flaky croissant layers filled with a delicious lemon curd, baked to perfection and topped with meringue... is your mouth watering yet?
With prices starting at $1.80 we have a range of mini pastries which are perfect if you want to try a few different goodies! The staff-room favourites are definitely the mini Portuguese tarts. Select from traditional, caramel, chocolate and lemon - you can be sure to make your co-workers happy!
If you're rushing around before work and can't function without your morning coffee then don't stress, we've got you covered. You can order ahead on our Bouffant app (available on the App Store or Google Play), park right out the front and our lovely staff will have your coffee ready for you.
